An informal, friendly and relaxed film screening aimed at adult audiences. Showing 8 diverse animated and live action short films created by neurodivergent filmmakers. The films creatively explore themes of mental health, many of which are from a lived experience perspective.
This programme has been curated by Daydream Cinema to celebrate one year since our first event.
Content notes: This screening is advised for audiences age 12 or over to adult. It is NOT suitable for young children.
Access:
During this Relaxed Screening:
- The lighting will be left on low.
- The sound will be in a low level.
- All of the films feature Descriptive Subtitles.
- You can make noise if you need to.
- You can move around if you need to.
- There is a chill-out space if you need to take a break.
Event schedule: Doors open at 11.30 and you are free to come in from this time to get settled before the screening at 12 noon. After the screening feel free to chat to us about the films if you wish.

- Wheelchair accessible.
- There are both gendered toilets and simgle accessible toilets.
- There is a Changing Places toilet.
- There will be a breakout space available next to the screening room.
